Daryl brings numerous strengths to the InterAct team. She earned a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts and served a wide variety of denominations in family ministry, adult and children's education, small group ministry and leadership development over the course of 30 years. In 2011, Daryl earned a Master of Social Work degree with a mental health concentration from Roberts Wesleyan College, and comes to InterAct equipped with a fresh perspective on post-modern life and ways to therapeutically address the struggles it presents.
Daryl informs all aspects of therapy with Christian faith for clients who seek to address their difficulties within the context of a belief in or relationship to God, and helps them maintain an integrated worldview. Her areas of special focus include repairing broken attachment bonds, processing grief, managing co-dependency, and overcoming the many debilitating consequences that can result from problems in these areas. Spouses of addicts and trauma survivors find Daryl to be empathetic, attuned to their challenges and effective in navigating the complex road to greater emotional health.
